Frankfurt, 20. August 2018<\/strong> \u2013 HIH Real Estate GmbH (HIH) just let 6,542 square metres of office space at the \u201cOper46\u201d property at Bockenheimer Anlage 46 in Frankfurt to The Office Group on a 15-year lease. The incoming tenant, a co-working operator, will set up its first branch in Germany on the premises. With this lease signed, the entire lettable area of around 8,700 square metres at \u201cOper46\u201d is now fully occupied. The mixed office-commercial building, which is located close to the Alte Oper venue, is part of the portfolio of the \u201cWarburg-HIH Deutschland Top 5-Fonds\u201d open-ended special AIF. On the owner side, the transaction was brokered by the Frankfurt lettings office of HIH Real Estate and facilitated by BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH.<\/p>\n
