The technology company TOWER360 has digitized HIH\u2019s letting and asset management processes, resulting in increased collaboration between departments (e.g., property management and legal departments) and with third-party service providers.  <\/p>\n<p>Ken Kuhnke, Head of Letting Management and Member of the Executive Board of HIH Real Estate, said, \u201cThe TOWER360 platform allows us to streamline the entire letting and asset management processes of HIH Real Estate on a unified end to end platform, from vacancy management to modelling lease proposals through approvals, including the automatic generation of complex commercial lease agreements. Closing leases has become thereby much more efficient.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>Florian Schnieder, Project Manager for Digitization of the HIH Group, said, \u201cThe collaboration with TOWER360 was a success from the start. Thanks to a user-friendly interface and intuitive workflow management system, the TOWER360 platform could adapt to the specific requirements of HIH. TOWER360 seamlessly integrates with other existing digital platforms using standardized APIs.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>Julian Vogel, co-founder of TOWER360, said, \u201cWe are pleased to be part of HIH\u2019s digital ecosystem and to support one of Europe\u2019s leading real estate companies in its digital transformation.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>Chakra Banerjee, co-founder of TOWER360, added, \u201cTOWER360\u2019s low-code development platform makes it easy to configure and digitize complex analogue workflows. This way, HIH achieves a high degree of process efficiency.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The digital ecosystem of HIH Group now includes six PropTechs\/software vendors.
